BREAKING: Zim Tourism Minister Prisca Mupfumira ARRESTED over corruption

HARARE: The Zimbabwe Anti Corruption Commission (ZACC) has arrested Tourism and Hospitality Industry Minister Prisca Mupfumira on allegations of corruption.

While the anti-corruption body is yet to reveal the specific charges against the Minister, it is reported that the charges are related to the NSSA audit report.

Commenting on the matter, the Justice Loice Matanda Moyo led ZACC said,

We can confirm that the Minister of Tourism is currently in our custody for questioning and possible due processes. We can not respond to any questions at the moment as this is a live process. The press will be informed through a release later in the day. We’ll keep updating…

Mupfumira is a senior Zanu PF official.
