OPPOSITION Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) Deputy Treasurer for the Youth Assembly, Judith Tobaiwa has made history by becoming the first female legislator for Kwekwe since Zimbabwe’s attainment of independence from British colonial rule 42 years ago.
Tobaiwa, whose late father Shadreck is a former Mayor for the Midlands mining town, defied the odds to defeat Zanu PF candidate, John Mapurazi in the hometown of President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
