Viewers Worried as Ailing Mr Ibu Fails to Take Medication

Nollywood actor, John Ikechukwu Okafor, who is popularly known as Mr Ibu in showbiz circles has left viewers on the small screen concerned about his health condition after he was captured in a video clip on TikTok, failing to take medication.

His daughter uploaded the video on TikTok.

A lady, presumably his daughter who shared the short clip on the video-sharing application, is heard in the background saying:

“Drink these drugs that’s what the doctor said you should drink. Dad drink it. Dad you have to drink it I promise”.

The venerated comedian who rose to fame through his acting role on the 2004 Nigerian movie, Mr ‘Ibu’, left netizens sympathizing with him, praying for his recovery.

Leading online publication, iHarare picked up the reactions by Facebookers sympathising with Mr Ibu and here they are:

Merciful Jesus in your divine intervention, please listen to the prayers and supplications of your people and heal Ibu in Jesus name Amen-Lawal Josephine Bosede.
