American actor Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun on a movie set in an accident that killed a photography chief.
It also injured a director.
Baldwin, who is acting in and producing the film Rust, accidentally fired the prop gun, police has said.
Meanwhile, injuries and accident during movie shooting have been happening.
