Two Zimbabwe National Army soldiers Lance Corporal Dzimbanhete Tatenda and Trooper Munesi Wilfred have been sentenced to 40 years in prison each for armed robbery.
Meanwhile, cases of armed robberies involving members of the security forces, especially soldiers and police officers have of late been cause for concern.
In some instances they have been implicated in supplying weapons to armed robbers.
