Zimbabwe’s vice President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa has lost his older brother, cde Philip Mnangagwa.
Mnangagwa passed away yesterday after battling an illness that had inflicted him over many years.
A staunch Zanu PF supporter, he backed the liberation struggle while teaching in Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Mnangagwa taught in Zambian schools for more than 40 years.
Mnangagwa is survived by his wife, Margret, seven children, 15 grandchildren and two great grand children.
Mourners are gathered at plot number 50, Mavhu, Mashava settlement, Gwenhoro.
He will be buried by young brother, Zimbabwe VP, ED Mnangagwa on Friday.
