TelOne, formerly PTC, a government entity has been licensed to sell its competitor, Starlink’s toolkit.
Starlink internet service provider was recently authorised to operate in the country.

Apparently, despite the expected benefits, the Government of Zimbabwe had been reluctant in awarding Starlink an operating license citing security related concerns.
