You would think South Africans would be furious and outraged after discovering that a Zimbabwean national went on the run after stealing from Takelot.

But quite the contrary, South Africans are actually celebrating and applauding the Zimbabwean national for stealing.

South Africans have taken to social media to congratulate Tichana Nyamunda, who is alleged to have gone on the run after stealing parcels worth R680k from Takealot.

Nyamunda was reportedly working as an acting Manager at the company.

Mzanzi is happy that Tichana stole from Takelot and left them counting their losses. They accused the company of hiring only foreign nationals and snubbing South Africans.

South Africans urged illegal immigrants to continue stealing from their employers so as to teach them a lesson. Netizens argued that Takelot deserves the loss they made for choosing to give a Zimbabwean a managerial position instead of hiring a South African citizen.

@SelloTsebe;

@Ayzindonkabi;

The guy is a billion zim dollars rich in Zimbabwe by now. Let me congratulate him on a job well done.

@HyenaBeckz;

I pray he never gets arrested/found n Takealot hires another Zimbabwean abanyise naye until dey revert back to hiring SA citizens in SA

This comes barely a week after South Africans defended another Zimbabwean national.

Twenty-two-year-old Tendai Goodman Chakabva was recently arrested for impersonating a traffic police officer.
