Zimbabwe National Army soldier Bowman Ngwenya walked a free man after a Harare judge found no evidence to suggest that he planned to bomb President Mugabe’s dairy farm also known as Gushungo Holdings.
He was found not guilty.
Ngwenya escaped a jail sentence after arguing that he visited Gushungo farm at the orders of his bosses in the army.
He went on to state that his was an operation sanctioned by the Zimbabwe National Army which helped him to escape imprisonment.
