Shamva man has been jailed for pledging his minor daughter in marriage, the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe (NPAZ) has confirmed.
In a news bulletin, NPAZ said the suspect accepted US$55 as part of lobola arrangements.
This was in violation of the country’s children protection laws.
