SARAH MAHOKA of Zanu PF, Who is she?

Sarah Mahoka changed exposed Mnangagwa by publicly humiliating him in front of thousands. Many were left wondering who she is. Well she belongs to a group of zanu PF ‘golden girls’ who are part of Dr Grace’s now well known entourage.

She attended Nyatiso Primary School before enrolling at Goredema Secondary School. She then did bookkeeping and receptionist courses.

POLITICAL HISTORY/ CAREER:
The incumbent was chairwoman for Mupamombe cell group in 1984 and was elected political commissar in 1986. In 1990 she was elected political commissar for Magunje District before being elected chairperson for Magunje District.
In 2001, she was elected deputy chairperson of the province and in 2005 she was elected to the gender and culture desk in the province.

CAREER IN GENERAL:
She is involved in marketing and farming

PARLIAMENTARY CAREER:
She was elected into the House of Assembly on 29 March 2008.

FAMILY STATUS:
She is married with three children.

After the dust settled it was widely agreed that whoever gave Mahoka the go ahead to humiliate  a powerful many like Mnangagwa is much more powerful than the feared team Lacoste faction leader.
