The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has dismissed (with costs) the late former Zambian President Edgar Lungu family’s bid for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court.
The court dismissed the case saying there was no prospects for success for the Lungu family.
The family wanted to appeal the full bench judgment that declared that Zambia is entitled to repatriate former President Lungu’s remains for a State funeral.
