Roman Catholic caves in to Gvt request, Father Ribeiro set for Heroes Acre burial tomorrow

Father Emmanuel Ribeiro is set for National Heroes Acre burial, in Harare tomorrow.

This position came after the Roman Catholic Archdiocese leadership and his family caved in to a request by government to have him buried at the national shrine.

Catholics had initially wanted bury him at their own “heroes site” in Chishawasha, but finally agreed to the government’s request.
