Robbery suspect fished out of hiding by police dog

The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirmed the arrest of Tinaye Gumbo (21) for armed robbery which occurred in Beitbridge on 18/12/21 at 2300 hours.

The suspect together with his two accomplices only known as Kedha and Malume, attacked two complainants who entered the country through an illegal entry point near Beitbridge Prison.

The suspect was fished out by a police dog in a nearby bush after the complainants had made a report.

Meanwhile, on 18/12/21 police in Harare arrested Tafataona Levy Majakara (41) for murder which occurred on 17/11/21 at the suspect’s house along Watunga Ave, Section 5 Kambuzuma, Harare.
