Warriors coach Norman Mapeza is today set to select the 23 players who will represent the country in Cameroon for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Mapeza’s team is also lacking regulars who have been part of the country’s envoys in the previous tournaments.
Meanwhile, Mapeza speaking on the absence of some senior players recently said:
“It’s a pity that the guys who played most of the AFCON qualifiers are not here. I wish them a speedy recovery.
“But, I think we have got some guys whom we have called in. They will do a good job when we go to Cameroon.”
