President Emmerson Mnangagwa is today set to commission 858 housing units under the Fontaine Ridge Housing Project.
The Fontaine Ridge housing units consist of two and three bedroomed houses. Key features of the units include: water & sewer reticulation systems, wifi ready connections, fitted kitchens and modern built-in-cabinets.
The units are fully tiled and painted.
The housing project is spearheaded by a local financial institution, FBC Holdings, supported by the Ministry of Housing and Social Amenities.
Each unit also has a 5,000 litre water tank, and a booster pump. Solar geysers have been fitted on each unit and trees also planted on each unit, taking into consideration environmental friendly global trends in housing development.
Earlier on this morning, President Mnangagwa received the credentials of Ambassador Designate for Australia, Minoli Tehani Perera.
