President Mnangagwa officiates at St Noah College groundbreaking and fundraising ceremony

President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa is in Manicaland Province, Marange for the Groundbreaking and Fundraising Ceremony for a proposed boarding facility at St Noah College.

Apparently, the college stands out prominently like a rose in a desert.

He said government appreciated the coming on board of the church to establish facilities that ensure that all children, regardless of their religious beliefs have access to education.
