President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa will meet chiefs at Bulawayo State House.
He will also launch the Community Engagement and Consultations Process over the Gukurahundi issues.
Meanwhile, President Mnangagwa says traditional leaders are a vital cog in the development of the country.
“We must commit ourselves to unity, patriotism, to love our country, to respect our traditional leaders, to promote development where we stay, to be clean where we stay, sleep and work.
“Let us maintain good hygiene in our living and working environments,” he says.
