The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has released the comparable accident statistics for the Christmas holiday.
ZRP spokesperson Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said the 2023 Christmas holiday registered 1194 accidents between 15 and 26 December compared to last year’s 1480.
Nyathi urged drivers to exercise caution on the roads.
