Police have arrested a soldier and a former police officer who was dishonourably discharged from the force over the deadly shooting incident at the home of retired detective Joseph Nemaisa on Monday night.
The two who were part of the gang escaped from the scene after shootout which left three dead.
Meanwhile, this brings to 3 the number of soldiers involved, 2 killed.
