PICTURES: Khupe, Chamisa, scramble to meet British ambassador

Harare: Thokozani Khupe, together with other  female leaders is currently meeting with the British Ambassador to Zimbabwe,Catriona Laing.

Among issues under discussion is the situation in the country ahead of the watershed election due in a few months time.

This follows after her nemesis Nelson Chamisa did the same yesterday to discuss same issues.

Khupe is currently locked in a bitter tussle with Chamisa over the party’s name and leadership after the later bulldozed his way up following the death of Morgan Tsvangirai.

The meetings come few days after the British government announced that it was not backing Emmerson Mnangagwa in upcoming elections.
