A member of Zimbabwe National Army Lance Corporal Witness Mpofu was embarrassingly caught stealing National Railways of Zimbabwe (NRZ) signal cables.
It’s not yet clear where Mpofu was caught in the act but he appears to be based in Kwekwe.
