PIC: Justice Edith Mushore In Social Media Storm As Chamisa’s Party Fume Over Court Ruling

High court Judge, Justice Edith Mushore’s picture has since gone viral on social media soon after passing a judgment that has sent shockwaves in the Nelson Chamisa led MDC-Alliance.

Justice Mushore Ruled that Movement for Democratic Change leader Nelson Chamisa and his deputy Elias Mudzuri were improperly appointed by the late Morgan Tsvangirai. The ruling implies that Chamisa cannot preside over MDC matters.

But the MDC led by Chamisa said they fundamentally disagree with the High Court judgment.

The party said strangely, Justice Mushore’s judgment “contradicts and totally ignores an earlier judgment of the High Court which ruled on the case of Murimoga versus the MDC.
