Only 2 ministers performed above expectations, says Mnangagwa

President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa is currently presiding over the signing of performance contracts by senior government officials.

Apparently, of the cabinet Ministers evaluated, only 2 Ministers excelled beyond expectation. The two are Agriculture Minister Anxious Masuka and Foreign Affairs minister Frederick Shava.

At least 15 ministers met their targets and 2 performed below target.

Speaking at the ceremony, President Mnangagwa said:

“The people of Zimbabwe bestowed their trust on me to govern. We are a Govt of the people, by the people and for the people. We need a high performance culture to serve the people of our motherland.

“We must achieve high impact result in spite of limited results and in spite of Sanctions.”

BEST PERFORMER
Dr AJ Masuka performed above set targets.
Record wheat harvest is among his best performances.

Local Authorities, there is no one who exceeded set targets so there is no one deserving an award.
