Two Zimbabwean nationals have been arrested by Northern Cyprus police over the brutal murder of Nigerian student in the country.
Amanda Nyambawe (F-22-Zimbabwe) and Wayne Ayanda Moyo (M-26-Zimbabwe) were arrested for the murder of Walshak Augustine Ngok (25).
Ngok was murdered during the weekend and dumped at a forest area near Tashkent village in Haspolat, Northern Cyprus.
Also arrested are 9 Nigerians and 1 Ghanaian.
Earlier on Sunday, Northern Cyprus police carried out an operation in Gonyeli in which nine people, all foreigners were arrested and detained for investigation.
The full names of other nationals arrested over the case are Ezeh Christopher (M-29-Nigeria), Ambrose Kelechi Onyeukwu (M-33-Nigeria), Nana Fosu Awoture Nkansah (M-30-Ghana) and Afamaefune Hanry Uwadibie (M-31-Nigeria) .
