Zimbabwe’s well traveled leader, President Robert Mugabe flies out again.
Mugabe leaves for Ezulwini, Swaziland today to attend an Extra-Ordinary Summit of Sadc Heads of State and Government that opens at Lozitha Royal Palace tomorrow.
He will join other Heads of State for the special indaba on Industrialisation and Regional Integration.
Mugabe has been criticized a lot for his endless foreign journeys that often brings nothing tangible to a country struggling to feed and look after its citizens.
In 2016, President Mugabe traveled almost every month without fail to numerous destinations from Papua New Guinea to Venezuela; Lusaka to New York and places like Malaysia where he even traveled without notifying his hosts.
Last year while in Swaziland, he abandoned the summit and was rushed to see doctors in the Far East leaving many wondering whether this was another routine trip to Dubai or a result of some extreme medical emergency.
