BREAKING NEWS: Mugabe throws weight behind Nelson Chamisa

HARARE: The Robert Mugabe backed National Patriotic Front (NPF) has thrown its weight behind MDC-T president Nelson Chamisa.

Addressing MDC Alliance demonstrators in Harare today, a top official and spokesperson in the NPF Mr Jealous Mawarire said Zimbabweans should vote for Nelson Chamisa on July 30.

Mawarire chanted MDC slogans and asked all democratic voices to unite behind Chamisa.

“We are from G40, Chamisa should get into office, fast trains will be given by Chamisa; He will build us  hospitals, houses; You and us must vote Chamisa on 30 July,” he said.

National Patriotic Front is the brainchild of former Zimbabwe strongman Mr Robert Mugabe and his Zanu PF allies who lost power following November 2017 military takeover.
