‘Mugabe not responsible for Zim power crises’

Former Zimbabwe Tourism Minister, Dr Walter Mzembi, has said it is madness for President Mnangagwa’s  ZANU PF to blame the late former President Robert Mugabe for the current power crisis.

He said:
