MSU is for students with low IQ: Minister Mutodi

Controversial Mnangagwa allly and Zimbabwe Deputy Minister for Information, Publicity & Broadcasting Services insinuated that MSU was a college for those with a low IQ.

Ernegy Mutodi was addressing a social media user who had said he felt sorry for his friends who are so proud of their Alma Mata University Of Cape Town. He further went on to say he was considering applying for a PHD there but was having second thoughts.

Mutodi responded to that tweet by saying:

UCT is Africa’s best university. You can apply but you certainly don’t qualify judging by your IQ. Try MSU instead.
