Dr Patrice Motsepe has been re-elected unopposed as the president of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).
He was re-elected during the 14th CAF Extraordinary General Assembly, which is currently taking place in Cairo, Egypt.
Dr Motsepe will serve another four-year term at the top of African football.
