Mnangagwa takes over as Mugabe leaves

VICE PRESIDENT  Emmerson  Mnangagwa takes over from Mugabe as acting President while the 92 year old is away in India attending the World Cultural Event.

This is crucial as it comes at a time when Mnangagwa’s  supporters have been  hunted and haunted out of Zanu PF for speaking out their minds.

It proves again that Mnangagwa is a tough survivor who quietly observes and navigates tough situations without getting too emotional in stormy situations.

While many people including Mugabe have voiced their opinions on the ongoing Zany PF wars, Mnangagwa has never said a word or reacted to the succession crises.

Right now no one knows what he thinks or what he will do next, a typical crocodile like character.

Zimbabwe’s president Robert Mugabe left Harare for India on Monday. He will be joined by other heads of state at the World Culture Festival to be held in New Delhi.

On his departure, President Mugabe was seen off at the Harare Airport by Vice Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa, Phelekhezela Mphoko and several government officials.

Mugabe has come under attack for his expensive foreign trips at a time when the country’s economy is performing poorly.
