President Emmerson Mnangagwa has set up a Tribunal, chaired by Retired Justice Maphios Cheda, to inquire into the question of the removal from office of Justice Thompson James Mabhikwa.

Mabhikwa’s removal from office came after a sex scandal involving social media leaks of his nude photos and raunchy WhatsApp messages with a subordinate.
