The Tobacco Industry and Marketing Board (TIMB) has appointed Emmanuel Matsvaire as substantive Chief Executive Officer with effect from 10 June 2025.
“We proudly announce the appointment of Mr. Emmanuel Matsvaire as the Substantive Chief Executive Officer of TIMB,” said the organization in a statement.
