Pictures: Magaya starts news church in Cape Town, South Africa

Zimbabwean prophet Walter Magaya has joined the great trek south after his church, Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries(PHD) opened a new branch in Cape Town yesterday.

Hundreds of people met the Zimbabwe preacher when he arrived at Cape Town International Airport.

Many travellers and curious onlookers were drawn to him as they jostled to catch a glimpse of the Zimbabwean PHD founder and leader.

Magaya and his wife then came face to face with 15000 plus people who thronged Velodrome Stadium in Bellivile.
According to legend, famous preacher TD Jakes was left with an egg on his face when only a handful of people turned up for his event at the same place.
Famous Southern African preachers and prophets have relocated and opened branches in South Africa.
These include Hubert Angel, Shepherd Bushiri, Emmanuel Makandiwa and the wealthy former Zimbabwe First Lady, Locadia Karimatsenga Tembo.
