Tapiwa Douglas Furusa(27), the Zimbabwean man accused of murdering a fellow countryman in England will face trial on 5 October, zimnews has heard.
Zanele Leigh-Anne Malachi, 22, daughter of Masvingo business tycoon Rannie Mahachi died after being stabbed over 20 times by Tapiwa Furusa in front of her mother in Sheffield town on April 12 this year.
Furusa, a Colchester based property broker had a preliminary hearing on July 27 .
He did not enter a plea to the charge of murder.
At the time of the murder, Zanele and Furusa were registered as joint directors of a UK based company.
There are unconfirmed reports suggesting the two were boyfriend and girlfriend.
