President Emmerson Mnangagwa is about to proclaim the eagerly awaited 2018 elections date.
He has just signed and gazetted the Electoral Amendment Act.
Please kindly note that pursuant to section 131 (6)(a) of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, the Electoral Amendment Act No. 6 of 2018 and the Zimbabwe Iron and Steel Company (Debt Assumption) Act No. 5 of 2018 were signed
into law by His Excellency the President. This automatically means that the number of Bills currently before Parliament has been reduced to 8.
