Kombi driver, conductor gang rape woman (20) police launches men-hunt

The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is appealing for information which may lead to the arrest of a kombi driver and his conductor who gang raped a 20 year old woman in Ushewokunze area, Harare.

According to police the incident happened on 27 March 2022 after giving her a lift at 1801 hours in a white Kombi at Mbudzi Roundabout.

In another case, police are investigating circumstance surrounding a suspected murder case in which the body of an unknown male adult, was found lying in a bush area at Zone 1, Hopley, Harare.

The ZRP urges the public to secure their firearms and only use them for the purpose they are registered for.

This follows a case of theft of a firearm which occurred at Civic Centre, Marlborough on 27/03/22, where a man (33) lost his star pistol with a magazine of six rounds after he left the firearm in a vehicle while drinking beer at a nearby bottle store.
