Kasukuwere to be arrested, Zim minister faces uncertain future in Zanu PF

Kasukuwere faces uncertain future as problems mount

The embattled local government minster and Zanu PF commissar, Saviour Kasukuwere, is about to be arrested, a government source has revealed to zwnews.com.

Kasukuwere has been under a lot of pressure since he was placed under investigation by vice president Emmerson Mnangagwa with the full support of Mugabe’s office.

According to the source, the young minister is now spending sleepless nights as he is fully aware that police will handcuff him anytime from now.

Asked to reveal the reasons for Kasukuwere’s arrest the source asked our reporter to look through the news as all information is there.

“The president is not happy over the diamond issue, illegal land allocations in Harare on factional lines and the sale of ivory to China,” said the source.

Our reliable government mole also  explained that the Kasukuwere case is complicated as he is well connected within the Zimbabwe security and intelligence community.

However, the minister of Home Affairs, Police Commissioner and other important people in Zanu PF and government hierarchy have already been warned and prepared for the possible fallout that may result from Kasukuwere’s arrest.

While it is not clear why Kasukuwere and his ally Jonathan Moyo are being persecuted by fellow comrades in Zanu PF, there are unconfirmed reports that the two fell-out with Mugabe’s wife , First Lady Grace.

Last month Kasukuwere allegedly begged Grace for a meeting but was turned away by the First Lady who is now running a separate faction.

While many speculate and wonder how Mnangagwa’s Lacoste Team has suddenly come to life and is now playing advantage and on the attack with the referee(Mugabe’s) support, there are clear indications that Grace is not happy with  Moyo-Kasukuwere team, and now it’s pay back time.
