Kadoma woman remanded for sending WhatsApp messages to incite demonstrations against Mnangagwa

A Kadoma woman was recently remanded in custody for calling for demonstrations against the government via WhatsApp group messages.

According to the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe, the woman used her Techno cell phone to send the messages.

She was remanded in custody to 12 June 2025.
