Police in Bindura have advised the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) that its election campaign launch in the town on Sunday cannot go ahead because the venue has no access roads and water, exposing supporters to communicable diseases.
Police say they were also not given sufficient notice.
Prior to this, the main opposition party had two of its rallies banned by police for unclear reasons.
