Jonathan Moyo mocks Mugabe aide’s ill health

Zimbabwe Education Minister Jonathan Moyo took to twitter this weekend to expose the health problems affecting President Robert Mugabe’s spokesperson, George Charamba.

Moyo and Charamba belong to bitterly opposed factions that are fighting to take over when Mugabe finally leaves office.

Yesterday, social media users were shocked to read that Higher Education minister Jonathan Moyo had gone online to publicly humiliate and taunt Mugabe’s spokesperson, George Charamba, over his reported ill health.

“It is known he is unwell and his battle is a seesaw. I want him to fully recover and not relapse. He has my best wishes and my prayers 100%,” Moyo said about Charamba.

Earlier on, Charamba had provoked Moyo by accusing his faction of pursuing divisive tribal politics.

According to various unverified reports, Charamba often travels to Asia for medical treatment.

He has never come out open about his hospital visits or the nature of his illness.
