Zimbabwe higher education minister Jonathan Moyo was detained for hours yesterday by police and Zimbabwe anti-fraud cops on allegations that he he misappropriated huge sums of money intended for public use.
Moyo was not formerly charged but was questioned pertaining to how he used the money.
The minister was later released but went on straight to twitter and just wrote one one DOPE as id to suggest that the Zacc officials and police who questioned him were under the influence of some drugs.
2 days ago, Moyo sued deputy president Emmerson Mnangagwa for causing his latest legal problems.
According to Moyo, Mnangagwa is setting him up against anti fraud police for political reasons, among them his(Mnangagwa) desire to succeed President Mugabe when he finally retires.
Today, Moyo makes a historic record as he is the first sitting government Minister, since the 1987 unity accord, to be charged for corruption and to appear in court while still in office.
