Is Khupe a state agent sent by ED to infiltrate Chamisa’s party?

After former MDC-T leader Thokozani Khupe joined the main opposition Citizens Coalition for Change led by Nelson Chamisa, eyebrows have been raised about her motive.

Is she there to help the party or she is a fat worm thrown by state agents to “catch” and destroy Chamisa again?

A cartoon by Zimbabwe Daily highlights and adds fuel to the situation. People are asking if Khupe wants to help Chamisa or she has been deployed to infiltrate the party and destroy it from within.

Khupe is a seasoned political actor and has some support, but also controversial.

Khupe has endorsed Chamisa and CCC candidates in the 26 March by-elections, virtually joining the party.

CCC leaders say she must join as an ordinary member not senior official until such a time that she has proven herself and can seek a top leadership position then.
