The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has made projections for African economies in 2021 and 2022.
Meanwhile, for Zimbabwe, the IMF expects growth of 5.1% this year, a downward review to its earlier projection for the country.
In June this year, the IMF had predicted the economy to recover by 6%, however it later reviewed it downwards citing a number of factors.
Apparently, Botswana is expected to grow the fastest among the countries listed.
