One of ZANU PF MP Mayor Wadyajena’s cars
High Court yesterday restored ZANU PF MP Justice Mayor Wadyajena’s access to the Borrowdale Brooke estate.
This is where he lives.
The Hight Court order came after the home owners association had disabled Wadyajena’s access to the estate in a row over noise pollution.
The MP is accused of driving his noisy cars when residents sleeping disturbing their piece.
According to the City’s by-laws it is punishable to cause noise nuisance.
