Harare Man (41) Kills Brother (46) At Beer Binge

In a depressing development, a 42-year-old man from Avondale in Harare Wednesday killed his elder brother, aged 46, following a misunderstanding at a beer binge, national police authorities have said.
According to the police, Wayne Darimani assaulted his brother Leonard Karombo (46) following a brawl at Lagoon Shops in Avondale.
In a post flighted on their official Twitter handle this Friday, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) said:
“On 20/04/22, ZRP Avondale recorded a murder case where Wayne Darimani (41) fatally assaulted his brother Leonard Karombo (46) after a misunderstanding at a beer binge at Lagoon Shops, Avondale. The suspect pushed the victim (and) he felt headlong (sic) and lost consciousness on 27/03/22″.
Added the ZRP:
“The victim was send (sic) to hospital but his condition continued to deteriorate until he passed on”.
