Government has not banned the use of containers when buying fuel but is encouraging people to only use containers when necessary, a Cabinet minister has said.
Energy and Power Development Minister Dr Joram Gumbo discouraged people from hoarding and urged the public to be responsible as fuel is a hazardous substance.
He said Government cannot ban the use of containers because there are genuine cases where one has to use a container.
