The Government, through Treasury, has published a Statutory Instrument allowing parliamentarians to import two motor vehicles duty-free.
The government has announced this new arrangement through Statutory Instrument 80B of 2022.
Previously, MPs could import only one vehicle duty-free during a five-year term.
Now they can get two vehicles worth up to US$60 000 each.
