President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa’s spokesperson George Charamba has disowned a Twitter handle which has been used to post information in his name.
He warned people to take its information at their own risks.
“FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: I advise for the umpteenth time: the account @GeorgeCharamba HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME; IT IS A CRIMINAL IMPERSONATION I DO NOT FOLLOW.
“YOU TAKE ITS POSTS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PERIL. I CANNOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR SUCH FAKERY! My account is @Tinoedzazvimwe1
. Know ye all men and women of truth and honour!!!!!” He says.
His comments comes after someone used the @GeorgeCharamba Twitter handle to post information to the effect that the state was responsible for alleged abductions.
