Former CIOs minister Owen Mudha Ncube still getting state benefits, Mliswa

Norton Independent Member of Parliament Temba Mliswa claims that former Minister of State Owen Ncube still getting state benefits, a move he says to be waste of public funds.

“I hear that the former Minister of State Security is still enjoying state benefits.

“This is taxpayer’s money. How is this so? What then was the purpose for relieving him if he is still enjoying all benefits?” Asks Mliswa.

Meanwhile, Ncube was fired from the top job for alleged misconduct.

In a statement, Misheck Sibanda, Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet, said Mnangagwa removed Ncube “with immediate effect for conduct inappropriate for a minister of government.”
